Why is my payment not going through?
There are a few common reasons your payment might not go through:
- Clear your browser cache and try again using a different browser (preferably Chrome) or device.
- Make sure your card is 3D Secure-enabled. Our payment gateways (Tap and MyFatoorah) require verification by SMS or email. If you didn’t receive one, please contact your bank.
- If Tap or MyFatoorah doesn’t work, you can complete your order via PayPal by scanning the QR code provided at checkout.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently support the following payment options:
- Tap Payments – Visa, MasterCard, local debit cards, and Google Pay
- MyFatoorah – KNET, Mada, Apple Pay, and more
- PayPal – via QR code at checkout
- Bank Transfer – Available for selected orders (contact us for details)

What is 3D Secure and why is it required?
3D Secure is a security feature that adds an extra verification step when you pay online with your card. It protects you from unauthorized transactions.
Our gateways (Tap and MyFatoorah) require 3D Secure. You’ll usually receive an SMS or email with a code to approve the payment. If your card doesn’t support this, contact your bank to enable it.
Without 3D Secure, your payment may be declined automatically.
