Why is my payment not going through?
There are a few common reasons your payment might not go through:
- Clear your browser cache and try again using a different browser (preferably Chrome) or device.
- Make sure your card is 3D Secure-enabled. Our payment gateways (Tap and MyFatoorah) require verification by SMS or email. If you didn’t receive one, please contact your bank.
