I discovered this fragrance some years ago and was bitterly disappointed when RC discontinued it. I even wrote to them asking to buy any residual stock.I came across this website by chance and ordered a bottle, not really expecting a great deal of satisfaction. I was wrong - it's perfect! It's SO good to have that smell back again and I'm tempted to order a few litres in case it's delisted here too....

Strong and typical Montale, which is a good thing for fans. I'm still use to it. It's not as gourmand as I expected, but still great for fall.

I don't know the original, but this is a beautiful mix. The notes are blended the way that none of them are overpowering the other. Light scent for every days, office and an easy reach.

So good . Nice alternative to the original fragrance. Changes from pear angelica to vanilla yam. I love the smell very much :)

This is a beautiful white floral creamy scent with a nice citrus sparkle on the opening.

Very very close to the original and lasts longer.

To my nose this is identical to Virgin Island Water, and has good projection and longevity. A great fragrance that makes me long for summer.
