The fragrance smells amazing only problem. The bottle has been leaking since receiving. I'm not sure as to why this happened, but it causes more of the fragrance oil to come out.

Wow…my boyfriend is in love with this as am i. At first it is kind of powdery/soapy almost but it dries down to pure goodness! Will purchase more when I run out.

I am enjoying this fragrance. I will purchase the spray as the oil is good but I am mixing it in with my body lotion and am finding that works well so layering it with the spray is a good idea too.

has that floral note that the original has, sometimes can get annoying and it takes some getting used and a pleasant scent that last a whole day. most if not all of generic perfumes last the next day if sprayed on clothes.

great hot weather fragrance, never tried the original, but this opening fresh grapefruit & orange blossom that last really long. great to use daily

the most sexy scent, this fragrance is so creamy and not overly sweet and doesnt give headache. gives out very expensive vibe and best used under hot weather, has a little sunscreen vibe but non-offensive

smells like lemonade , light lemon that screams summer hot weather , makes you want to have a lemon drink and chill

Hey buddy - Edward W. Haha, thank you for the kind words. I am trying my best to write honest reviews about the products I have tried and what I think of them. And also hope that it will help others make a better and sound decision. As far as Pierre De Velay No. 25 is concern, do not worry about the performance. With minimal application of oil, it radiates. It is quite potent. It stayed on my skin for around 10hr or so. It was projecting for about 2 to 3hr and pretty much over powered all my other oils I was wearing at different spots. I bought 50ml spray version of this scent for a friend, One spray I tried on my wrist and it lasted easily 11hr on my skin. Hope it helps. Review for the oil: I'm not sure if everyone has tried the original yet or many probably have (assuming). But this oil right here and is almost identical to the original fragrance. This oil covers it all from that sea notes, sea weed note, citrus, patchouli in the mid and base, and woody feel overall. This is a really good oil with a good performance of around 7hr. This will be a great addition for summer season and perhaps spring too. Overall rating: 8.5/10. Good job, GP!

Review for Oil: This right here is a decent attempt at recreating a scent I feel has that royal, lush, luxurious, rich & mature feel to it. In the opening you can pick up on those blackberry, orange, and tarragon notes. As you let it sit for 15 minutes or so, it moves towards drydown where that oriental prominence of this scent shines. It is hint bit spicy yet sweet, has that balsam and incense feel too. I think this is one of the very best scents by the house of Amouage and I commend GP for trying to recreate it, however it is a big disappointment that scent dissipates after 2hr or lesser time (it is very light). But while it stays on, it smells about 85% close to the original. Overall, save your money and try this to get an idea how the original will smell before you shell out crazy money blind-buying the original. Overall rating 7.5/10

Review for Oil: So let me start by mentioning that yes this is considered an Aventus clone by many but I would like to say this is Vilhelm's take on what if they were to come up with something similar to Aventus. In the opening this has a really well used Bergamot which is not as juicy as Aventus but rather sweeter or subdued tone to it. You can immediately pick-up the Leather and Galbanum used in this oil. This is not the same smoky as aventus, as the smoky aventus is from all the birch while this one has that leathery feel with touch of freshness while aventus like citrus is lingering all over. I get about 6 to 7hr performance with this oil. It has a good sillage and smells like a toned down version of Aventus but you can tell it could be a little different than pure Aventus. If you would like to own something that is a slight different take on Aventus then this could be a decent one to try. Overall I give it 8/10.

Review for Oil: Lovely lovely scent. This opens up very fruity and citrusy. It dries down to this ambery sweet like scent with hints of incense in the base. This will be a real good addition in anyone's collection. For performance I get about 7hr from decent application of oil. Overall 8.5/10 for me. A must have!
